Conference Details
TheMardi Gras Brazil Carnaval Conference 2025will take place fromFebruary 24 to March 1, 2025. Rehearsals will be held from Tuesday to Friday, with two sessions per day from 1 PM to 2:45 PM and 3:15 PM to 5 PM. Mandatory rehearsals will occur on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, leading to costume distribution and the final dress rehearsal on Friday. The conference culminates in theEndymion Paradeon March 1, bringing together performers, sponsors, and the community.
Introducing the Casa Samba Legacy Fund
At this year’s conference, Casa Samba is proud to unveil theCasa Samba Legacy Fund, an initiative dedicated to rebuilding and expanding the SAMBAKIDS Program. For over two decades, this program has empowered children ages 5-18, introducing them to Afro-Brazilian drumming, dance, stilt-walking, and Capoeira. Our goal is to reintroduce free weekly classes, broaden community outreach, and create more performance opportunities.
